Agreement and product scope
This End User License Agreement governs your access to and use of Sigsight, including public pages, URL analyzer reports, briefings, source context, graph views, scoring language, user interface designs, APIs exposed for normal site operation, and any related content or software made available by Sigsight.
Sigsight provides AI-assisted news intelligence and evidence-oriented reporting for informational use. It does not provide legal, investment, security, medical, military, emergency, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee that an analyzed URL, source, claim, or report is complete, current, or correct.
License grant
Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service, Sigsight grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the public Sigsight website and reports for lawful personal, internal business, research, journalistic, or evaluation purposes.
This license lets you read pages, submit eligible URLs for analysis where the analyzer is available, view generated reports, and share links to Sigsight pages. It does not transfer ownership of Sigsight content, code, data structures, prompts, source-rating methodology, report schemas, visual designs, names, marks, or other intellectual property.
Permitted sharing and attribution
You may quote short excerpts from public Sigsight content with clear attribution and a link to the original page, provided the quotation is lawful, proportionate, and does not misrepresent Sigsight analysis or remove confidence, uncertainty, risk, or limitation notes.
You may not present Sigsight output as your own original analysis, imply Sigsight endorsement, or remove product names, attribution, report timestamps, source/evidence context, limitations, or safety notices.
Restrictions
You must not copy, scrape, crawl at scale, mirror, resell, repackage, train commercial datasets from, or build a competing service from Sigsight content, analyzer results, data structures, or page designs without prior written permission.
You must not bypass rate limits or access controls, probe or exploit non-public systems, submit URLs for unlawful targeting or harassment, attempt prompt extraction or model abuse, overload infrastructure, introduce malware, or use Sigsight to support disinformation, sanctions evasion, operational harm, or other unlawful activity.
Analyzer and report output limitations
URL analyzer reports and intelligence pages may combine automated retrieval, heuristics, source context, model-generated summaries, confidence estimates, labels, and human/editorial configuration. They can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or affected by unavailable sources, changing articles, paywalls, syndication, redirects, or adversarial content.
You are responsible for independently verifying critical facts before relying on Sigsight output. Do not use Sigsight as the sole basis for legal, financial, safety, employment, medical, operational, or rights-affecting decisions.
Updates, suspension, and termination
Sigsight may update the service, reports, routes, analyzer behavior, scoring language, content, or this EULA as the product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised EULA.
Sigsight may suspend or terminate your access, throttle requests, remove content, or disable functionality where needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, editorial integrity, operational reasons, or violation of this EULA. If you violate this EULA, your license ends immediately.
