Service purpose
Sigsight is an AI-assisted news intelligence product that monitors public sources, supports URL-based report generation, tracks claims and source context, highlights narrative and reputation risks, and presents evidence-oriented briefings, posts, reports, and graph views.
The service is provided for informational and research purposes only. Sigsight is not a law firm, financial adviser, security adviser, medical provider, emergency service, investigative authority, or official source of truth.
Eligibility, accounts, and user responsibility
You may use public Sigsight pages only if you can lawfully do so and comply with these Terms. If account-based features, paid features, API access, or private workspaces are introduced, additional account, payment, and access rules may apply.
You are responsible for the URLs you submit, the way you interpret reports, and any decisions you make based on Sigsight output. You must verify important information with primary or authoritative sources before acting.
URL submissions and generated reports
When you submit a URL for analysis, Sigsight may validate, canonicalize, store, retrieve, rate-limit, de-duplicate, process, and display information about that URL, including report status, source/domain context, evidence links, model-generated summaries, tags, confidence, risk labels, and provenance notes.
Reports may be cached or reused for repeated submissions of the same or similar URL. A report may be queued, running, completed, failed, updated, removed, or withheld based on availability, safety, abuse, legal, quality, or operational controls.
Editorial and safety boundaries
Sigsight aims to separate facts, claims, sources, confidence, uncertainty, and editorial judgment. Developing events can change quickly, and earlier reports may become incomplete or outdated.
Sigsight may avoid, remove, downgrade, or delay content that creates legal, privacy, OPSEC, reputation, platform, or safety risk, including tactical live geolocation, targeting assistance, doxxing, harassment, unsafe active-incident details, or unverified claims presented as fact.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Sigsight, interfere with the site, impersonate others, compromise accounts, exploit non-public endpoints, evade rate limits, submit malicious or private-network URLs, or use the service in a way that violates law or harms people.
Automated access must respect robots.txt, rate limits, applicable API rules, and any written restrictions published by Sigsight. Sigsight may block, throttle, or investigate suspicious traffic or abusive submissions.
Payments and commercial features
If Sigsight introduces paid subscriptions, credits, API access, enterprise features, or other commercial offerings, pricing, billing cycles, taxes, refunds, cancellation, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, paid access would not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular ranking, a specific report outcome, or professional advice.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Sigsight is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sigsight disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sigsight and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, reputational, or business-interruption damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.
Changes, termination, and contact
Sigsight may revise these Terms as the product, distribution channels, data flows, and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
