Rep. Cleaver: Trump's Housing Snub Was 'Bad Advice'. Democratic Congressman Emanuel Cleaver of Missouri, ranking member of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance, reacts to the 21st Century Housing Act set to become law without President Trump's signature. Cleaver, who helped craft the bipartisan legislation, calls it the most consequential housing bill in nearly half a century and says Trump threw "water on" a rare example of Republicans and Democrats working together. He also criticizes Trump's ouster of Election Assistance Commission members and says the President does not have the votes to pass his SAVE America Act. He speaks with Joe Mathieu on the late edition of Bloomberg's "Balance of Power." (Source: Bloomberg)
